Bret Hanna joined Rosing Davidson Frost in early 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Bret Hanna worked with Wrona DuBois Law Firm, allowing him to work closer to home but also to take advantage of an opportunity to better serve his clients along the Wasatch Front, Wasatch Back, and statewide.

Bret was a partner at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, PC, one of Utah’s oldest and largest full-service law firms, and a partner at a boutique litigation firm in Salt Lake City. Bret has extensive experience handling complex personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and medical malpractice cases on behalf of individuals and families harmed by the negligence of others. Bret also has substantial experience in numerous areas of commercial litigation and, specifically, construction defect litigation on behalf of architect and engineering design professionals, developers, general contractors and subcontractors.

Bret has lived in the Park City area since 2000, and outside of the office, he enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking and camping.
