Bryan focuses his practice on cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries, primarily arising out of corporate negligence and defective products. He also maintains a special interest in child safety. In 2004, Bryan obtained an $8.3 million verdict on behalf of a girl who was struck by a snow groomer at a Virginia ski resort and suffered a catastrophic frontal lobe injury. He has obtained numerous other verdicts and settlements in excess of a million dollars.
