C. CALVIN WARRINER, III joined the firm in 1988 as a seasoned attorney, having defended general liability, medical malpractice and products liability cases. His current area of practice include mass tort and complex litigation arising from institutional wrongdoing in the healthcare, manufacturing and insurance industries.
Mr. Warriner is Board Certified in Trial Advocacy by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy and The Florida Bar. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys and for the past several years he has been named as one of the Top 5% of Attorneys in Florida by Law and Politics and one of South Florida's top lawyers by Miami Metro Magazine's South Florida Legal Guide.
Mr. Warriner served two terms on the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar. He also served two terms on The Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee. He was Chairman of the Fifteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission during his four year term. He currently is serving on the Florida Bar's Trial Section, Executive Council.
Mr. Warriner is an honors graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. He was raised in Panama City, Florida.
