Courtney Mills

Courtney's Biography

Courtney Mills is a legal assistant, content provider, and all-around jack-of-all-trades at InjuryBoard, and has been a member of the team since March of 2007.  Courtney was raised in Tampa, Florida, and is a third-generation resident of that fine city. 

Courtney graduated from Duke University in 1992 with a B.A. in History and Comparative Area Studies.  After graduating from college, he spent a year in Japan working for the medical research arm of a Japanese conglomerate, Terasaki Denki.  Upon returning to the States, Courtney subsequently matriculated at the University of Miami School of Law, where he pursued his J.D. 

After graduating from law school in 1997, Courtney returned to Tampa and taught high school for several years.  Prior to coming to InjuryBoard, Courtney also worked as a waiter while pursuing graduate studies in Applied Linguistics at the University of South Florida.

Courtney enjoys spending precious little free time with friends and family, working out with his trainer, checking out movies on Blockbuster.com, and learning grammars of Indo-European languages.
