As President and CFO of InjuryBoard, Darren Wilson oversees the day to day financial, operational and administrative affairs of the company.
Darren has provided technology and business consulting and services to various firms since 2000, when Darren co-founded a company that provided electronic bill presentment and payment consulting services to Dell Financial Services, Dell Computer’s $10 billion leasing company.
Darren became president of SiteLogic Corporation when it was spun out of Claris Law and InjuryBoard in early 2002. After the sale of SiteLogic to E Solutions Corporation in 2004, Darren served as E Solution's Director of Business Development for 18 months before returning to InjuryBoard in 2005, partnering with Nick Carroll and Tom Young to expand and improve the capabilites of InjuryBoard.
Darren and his family live in Tampa, Florida. Darren holds an MBA (with specializations in Managing Information Systems and in Entrepreneurship) from the University of Texas at Austin, and BA in English Literature from the University of Virginia.
