I'm David Rowell, and I appreciate you taking the time to find out more about me.
My office is in Fresno County, and I practice throughout California's Central Valley: Fresno, Tulare, Kings, Madera and other counties. My practice is personal injury: I represent the victims and family of those who suffered serious injuries in car crashes, as a result of medical malpractice or nursing home abuse, and in other ways.
I was born in Montana in 1948, and raised in Southern California. I attended Californi State University, Chico, and the University of the State of New York. I worked in pre-hospital emergency care for many years, in EMS and later as a Registered Nurse.
In 1991 I graduated from McGeorge School of Law of the University of the Pacific with honors. I am a member of the Order of the Coif, the Fresno County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Central California Trial Lawers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California and the American Association for Justice.
