I have practiced law since 1977. I am "A lawyer who does what he says he will do."My practice emphasizes  helping persons who are injured through no fault of their own. I do not represent insurance companies or big companies that may be responsible for causing the injuries. If you need a divorce or the defense of a criminal matter, I am not your lawyer. I am happy to refer you to lawyers that specialize in those or other legal areas. My approach to each case is personal. Only I and my long term assistant Heather work on your case. I limit the number of cases that I take so that I can give you the personal attention you deserve. My approach to each case is action oriented by identifying and solving problems. Preparation is the key to success and thus I always strive to be completely prepared at every juncture of your case. The insurance companies know I am thorough and prepared to go to trial. The mediators know I am prepared  and let the other side know that I am ready. My motto is "there are no dumb questions except the one you do not ask." We return all our telephone calls even if it means telling you there are no updates, or news concerning your case. Heather and I are here to serve our clients. All personal injury cases are taken on a contingency fee basis. That is if there is no recovery there is no fee. All initial consultations are always free. Likewise, if there is no recovery you pay no expenses. I am a straight shooter and strive to really listen to my clients. Honesty is always the best policy. Truth will prevail.
