Hi! My name Jess and I am a law student at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. I am so excited about being a part of this new law student initiative and look forward to working with everyone! My passion for the law started when my parents adopted my little brother and sister. As I saw attorneys in action, it inspired me to enter law school.
Once I started law school, I instantly became interested in mock trial and the litigation aspect of law. I made the mock trial team and had the opportunity to compete in two competitions, one in Miami, FL (ABA Employment Law) and one in Orlando, FL (National Trial Competition). At the beginning of my last year of law school, I was appointed President of my school's mock trial team and traveled to Philadelphia for the American Association of Justice Convention. This is where I met Tom Young and was introduced to InjuryBoard for which I am greatly thankful for!
I graduated from Flagler College with a major in political science and minor in sociology. Most of my family lives in South Florida and Chicago, Illinois. I love traveling and meeting new people. Now I am in my last year of law school and eager to finish school and enter the field as a future attorney!
