Mr. Demas is a founding partner of Demas & Rosenthal, LLP. He has been exclusively representing injured victims for nearly twenty years. He has successfully litigated and settled hundreds of personal injury cases and has extensive trial experience. Many of his cases and results have been featured in local and national newspapers.
He recently obtained one of the largest verdicts ($4.5 million) against Sacramento County in history. In 2005 he received the Advocate of the Year Award from the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association given "in recognition of his extraordinary trial results and his intrepid work in advocating the rights of consumers."
Mr. Demas is committed to insuring injury victims receive the best possible representation. He is very active in the legal community and is the immediate Past-President of the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association and is a Board Member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
He is a frequent speaker and lecturer at seminars and conventions at the local and State level. Mr. Demas also serves as a Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator in Sacramento County and as a Mediator for El Dorado County and Placer County. Mr. Demas is a graduate of the University of Pacific, and McGeorge School of Law, with Distinction. In his spare time, he likes to exercise, travel, cycle, scuba dive, and hike and enjoys traveling. He was born in Greece and speaks Greek fluently.
