Robert Gitelman

Mr. Gitelman is an Associate with the firm.  He is a 2004 graduate of Brooklyn Law School (cum laude).  He also graduated with Masters Degree in Environmental Technology (with distinction) from NYIT (MS, 1997) and holds an undergraduate degree in physics (Kiev T.G. Shevchenko University, 1992). He was admitted to practice before the Courts of New York and New Jersey in 2005 and the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2008).  He is a member of New York State Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gitelman held a position of Director of Safety and Compliance at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.  He also has an experience in environmental and health and safety field in both private and governmental sectors.
