Samuel Michael Gaylord, born in Boston Ma., specializes in the area of Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability and pension claims.
I am certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a workers compensation law attorney and licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. I received my B.A. degree from Syracuse University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall School of Law. I then served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Charles A. Delehey, in Mercer County Superior Court and since 1996 worked primarily in the area of workers compensation.
In 2002, I was named Young Lawyer of the Year for Mercer County and in 2003 received the Young Lawyer of the Year Service to the Bar award from the New Jersey State Bar Association. On January 1, 2004 I formed Gaylord & Yuska. We have gone through some changes and expanded and now Gaylord, Rubinstein & Popp, llc consists of 9 lawyers in three offices.
I am a Barrister member of The American Inns of Court Foundation for workers compensation in New Jersey and Secretary in the Mercer County Bar Association. I am a member of the New Jersey State, American Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Heath.
I have lectured and written on a variety of workers compensation, social security and Medicare issues and still to this day play trumpet. I am married and this September will be 15 years and have three beautiful kids Rachel age 10 and Anna age 8 and Benjamin age 2.
