I was born and raised in Georgia. I moved to Florida in 1979 to attend college at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. After graduation from law school in 1986, I passed the Florida Bar Examination and went to work representing people in a variety of civil and criminal cases. Over the years I've handled almost every type of civil and criminal case. I'm proud to say I've always represented ordinary "people" not big corporations nor the government. I've now been working hard for individual Floridians for 22 years this coming October (2008). The last 6-7 years I have limited my practice exclusively to personal injury and criminal traffic cases. I represent people who have been hurt by the negligence  (i.e. fault) of others and people who have been charged with violating criminal traffic laws.

Other Activities, Interests, and Memberships

I live in the country with my wife and son, 3 horses, 4 dogs, 2 cats, and the occassional wild animal in need of rehabilitation. We love outdoor activities such as snorkeling, scalloping, skiing, fishing, horseback riding, and my son is active in football and other sports at his high school.
