  The Troopers announced today that Matthew Culp, 18, of North Pole was killed in Wednesday's three-car pile-up on the Mitchell Expressway near Fairbanks.   The Alaska State Troopers report that a three-car wreck on the Mitchell Expressway Wednesday evening killed a Fairbanks motorist. The wreck involved a Honda Pilot, a MV Investments truck and black pickup of unknown make and model. Icy roads apparently contributed.
