Owning a dog like this is a huge responsibility, one which the original owner abdicated miserably, and which the foster owner ignored, even knowing that the dogs had been bred to fight. How tragic that a pair of sweet loving puppies were raised to be nothing more than murder weapons to be used on an innocent victim.<br /><br />All dogs are potentially dangerous. Hundreds, possibly thousands of incidents went unreported to the grand jury because the District Attorney for the city of Philadelphia, Lynne Abraham did not include my complaint and maybe complaints of others at my orphanage. Police reports suggested I was assaulted at age 15, however the abuse went on for over 3 and a half years.
