  A West Hartford woman died in a car accident near the Mohegan Sun Casino on Route 2a this morning, state police said. Wendy Jenkins, 28, of Lovelace Drive, died in a head-on collision with another vehicle around 1:51 a.m., state police said. She was driving the wrong way on a highway ramp.
