With one lawyer, one secretary and a portable typewriter, the law firm of Farah & Farah, P.A. Was founded in 1980 and now, with fourteen lawyers and approximately eighty support personnel, it has grown to be one of the largest firms in northeast Florida. Our personnel include highly trained paralegals, investigators, medical professionals, and insurance professionals.
We also have lawyers on staff who are not only licensed in Florida, but in other states, including California, New Jersey, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee.
The culture of our law firm is that we pursue justice with a passion. No matter how large or how small your injury may be, your case will get the attention and dedication it deserves.
We are also proud of the fact that our success has enabled us to become involved in community projects. To a lot of people, this means giving back to the community. We don't see it that way - to us, it is a debt we owe to a community that has sustained our families and our employees over the last twenty-five years.
We are especially proud of our involvement in the Farah's readers are leaders program which bolsters literary skills for students who are reading at or below the state of Florida proficiency level.
We are also actively involved in the Community Rehab Center of Jacksonville. We decided to get involved with CRC because it deals typically with the people of our community who are under the radar screen - those who have substance abuse problems, HIV, indigent, homeless, transient and violent. We believe that not enough is being done for this segment of our society.
As attorneys, our moral obligation is also to be involved with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc. If our constitution has any meaning, then everyone, whether or not they have the financial resources, must have access to the courts. The financial support we provide to JALA helps provide this assistance.
