Our principal attorney, Gary Shipman, is a board-certified civil trial specialist who has won many significant verdicts and settlements for our clients. William Wright, who prior to his work with the firm clerked on the North Carolina Court of Appeals, has served as a lecturer on appellate procedure to other members of the bar and has substantial experience with class actions. All of the firm's lawyers have substantial litigation experience.

We offer several fee structures, based on the needs of the clients and the type of case. We accept a variety of credit cards. The initial consultation with one of our attorneys is free.

In addition to our normal office hours, we schedule evening and weekend appointments to accommodate our clients.
