Powell has been charged with Second Degree Manslaughter and First Degree Wanton Endangerment in the DUI Auto Accident that killed Jeannie Howell of Benton Kentucky. Read News Story Here. An Alabama Man is charged with Murder after fatally injuring a Kentucky State Employee last night. This Kentucky DUI Wrongful Death occurred near Frankort Kentucky and claimed the life of Leslye Robertson, 41. The Semi-Truck Driver is also charged with DUI, Possession of Marijuana and Methamphetimines and Possession of Drug Paraphenelia. The Driver, Paul George Neto, is being held without bond.
