About Bill:
Mr. Tucker focuses his practice on employment law including discrimination, civil rights, and Fair Labor Standards Act claims, and complex civil litigation matters. He has significant courtroom experience with numerous successes in the state and federal courts of Virginia and South Carolina, and is licensed to practice in both states.
Mr. Tucker has also lectured on the Americans with Disabilities Act, and serves on the Disability Rights Committee of the National Employment Lawyers’ Association.
