Todd Alley is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has concentrated his practice in the fields of personal injury, medical device, mass torts, and complex products liability litigation. Mr. Alley was certified by the Florida Supreme Court in 1991 as a Circuit Civil Mediator, and he has mediated over 700 cases and acted as an arbitrator, having been selected by both plaintiffs and defendants. He is a member of the Hillsborough County and American Bar Associations, the Florida Bar, and is a member of the American Association for Justice. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama in 1980.
