About Dan:
Dan Frith, a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience, concentrates his practice on medical negligence, nursing home abuse, wrongful death litigation, and other professional negligence claims. Dan has represented clients throughout Virginia in both state and federal courts.
He is a frequent speaker for continuing legal education programs for other trial attorneys on medical negligence law and nursing home abuse litigation.
