David Lowe

Jacquart & Lowe, S.C.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin

David's Biography

I graduated, with honors, from Marquette University Law School, where I served on the Editorial Board of the Marquette Law Review.  Following a two year clerkship with United States District Judge Myron L. Gordon in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, I was an associate, and later a shareholder, with the Milwaukee, Wisconsin law firm of Friebert, Finerty & St. John, S.C., where my practice included civil trial and appellate litigation, criminal defense, personal injury and election and campaign finance law.

In 1991, I joined Don Jacquart to form Jacquart & Lowe, S.C., specializing in personal injury law.  In the years since, I have enjoyed the challenges of representing people who are forced to deal with the serious consequences of accidents due to negligence, whether it be an auto collision or a complex case of medical malpractice.

I serve on the Board of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, an organization dedicated to advocacy on behalf of personal injury victims.  Since 1999, I have served as counsel to the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Showhouse, a charity that raises funds for breast cancer research through an annual show house and other events. The work has been quite rewarding, as the organization has assisted close friends and their families who have struggled with this disease.
