Immediately after graduating from law school, Fred served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for two years in Greene County, Indiana. Fred then spent seven years as an associate attorney at a large law firm in Bloomington, where he practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury law, and where he met his mentor, and future law partner,Betsy Greene. Fred and Betsy eventually both left the large firm in 2005 and formed Greene & Schultz- Trial Lawyers. Fred represents people who have been seriously injured or who have lost family members due to the negligence of others, including auto and truck collisions, professional negligence, premises liability, and product liability claims.
Fred is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate, is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics Magazine. All three of these honors are Peer Reviewed recognitions, meaning that other lawyers have recognized Fred for his skill and leadership in the profession.
Fred is married to his wife, Jennifer, who is also a lawyer. Fred and Jennifer have a son, Bill. When Fred is not working, he enjoys exercising and traveling with his family.
