Jeff Rasansky decided to become an attorney, he sought to reclaim the practice of law as a noble profession, and looked forward to a career where he knew he could hold his head high at the end of the day because he made a difference for someone. Though he spent his first four years after law school representing corporate entities, insurance companies and other players like hospitals, doctors and nurses at a prominent national law firm, Jeff discovered that his passion and talents would be better put to use representing individuals without the resources or voice to fight the system alone. Now the owner of the Rasansky Law Firm, Jeff has won millions of dollars for clients catastrophically injured by the neglect and abuse of others and on behalf of corporate clients, business entities and owners who have been harmed and damaged in business dispute cases.

Focusing on cases involving medical and nursing home negligence, product liability, construction site accidents, brain damaged infants and cerebral palsy, commercial truck accident cases, serious automobile accidents, commercial business fraud and misrepresentation, Jeff’s talented team has won some notable cases, including a recent settlement of more than $10 million on behalf of an infant who was catastrophically impaired while under medical care.
