About John:
John is the managing partner of the Firm. John is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Nebraska and the United States District Courts for the District of Nebraska and Colorado. His practice emphasizes FELA litigation (representing injured railroad employees) and all other areas of personal injury law, representing people who are injured by the negligence or fault of others.
John and his wife, Beth, an interior designer with Beth Putnam Interiors, reside in the Dundee area. They have two children. Son Jeff is an attorney with his own Firm associated with Inserra & Kelley, and daughter Heather is a graduate of UNL and works for Ameritrade Corporation.
John's hobbies outside the Firm include all sports, golf, movies, plays, and cooking for, and palying with, his six grandchildren.
