I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan many, many years ago. I am licensed to practice law in Michigan, Florida and California. I practiced insurance defense law in Michigan for a number of years before moving to California. In California, I owned a company for many years that provided Independent Medical Evaluations to the insurance industry and became very knowledgable about medical conditions caused or aggravated by motor vehicle accidents, as well as on and off the job injuries of every type. Over 50 doctors of every specialty worked for the company, generating medical evaluations for insurance companies, attorneys and the Courts. Thousands of reports were reviewed by me and my staff to insure that they were complete and addressed the legal and medical issues needed to be determined before the claim/case could be resolved. It was a pleasure working on a daily basis with so many excellent doctors for so many years, providing legal input to them.
Although licensed to practice law in Florida since 1975, I finally moved to Florida in 2000, married a wonderful woman in 2007, live in Gainesville, and we have two young children. We have offices in Tampa, New Port Richey, and throughout North Central Florida. Our main office is in Gainesville but we actively help people throughout this part of the State, in Court and otherwise.
