Legal experience includes high-profile product liability and catastrophic personal injury cases with successful resolution of numerous cases, including a $58 million jury verdict in Griggs v. West-Pac Industries and Tools Exchange, et al. for a construction worker caused to suffere severe burn injuries from a defective O-ring; settlement on behalf of KABC-TV news reporter severely burned and electrified by power lines her mobile transmission truck hit while covering a news story; and $660M settlement in the Clergy sexual abuse cases brought against the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
