About Stephen:
Stephen M. Wagner has been representing injury victims against insurance companies, corporations, and government bad actors for over 11 years. Mr. Wagner previously worked for the Department of Justice (Honor's Program) and the Indianapolis defense firm of Riley Bennett & Egloff before starting his own personal injury law firm in 1997. In 2000, he joined partners Jason Reese and Trevor Crossen to form Wagner Reese & Crossen.
Mr. Wagner's law practice consists of handling significant injury and wrongful death claims arising out of auto and truck accidents, construction site accidents, other work-related accidents, and civil rights claims.
