    New Jersey Governeor Corzine suffered significant injuries, including fractured bones and a traumatic brain injury, when his police driven SUV was involved in a serious car accident last week. The governor was apparently not wearing his seat belt at the time of hte accident. He also sustained numerous internal injuries and is on a ventilator. It appears that he has a long road to recovery.

    A 12-year-old girl was infected with E. coli bacteria and diagnosed with hemolytic uremic syndrome after dining at a California restaurant.
