Ford Motor Company has made headlines once again. Three female employees of a truck assembly plant in Norfolk, Virginia filed suit against the auto giant alleging three years of sexual harassment. The suit, filed on behalf of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), claims the women often found sexually explicit items, including panties and condoms, at their workstations. Ford settled the suit before jury selection was to begin. Because of a consent decree, the settlement agreement was not made public. Ford has yet to find those responsible.
