The parents of a six-year old girl killed when Jessy Joe Roten, a Neo-Nazi skinhead, fired an assault rifle into their home, are suing those they claim could have prevented the killing. Ashley Mance was killed when a bullet came through a window, striking her, her twin sister, Aleesha, and wounding her half-sister, Jailee. Ashley's parents are suing the individual who sold Roten the gun as well as the pawn shop where he purchased bullets for the assault rifle.
