If you think changes in the weather triggers a migraine attack, it might not be all in your head. A new study in the journal Neurology suggests people are more likely to visit emergency rooms with migraines in warmer weather.

Using parts from a cadaver, the Cleveland Clinic has transplanted 80 percent of a woman's face onto a donor. The patient will at least partially resemble the donor and must stay on immunosuppressing drugs for the rest of her life.  Others are lined up for the procedure.

For migraine sufferers, drawing the curtains and taking a medication works for some. But a couple of new studies look at electrical stimulation to the brain to interrupt the course of a migraine.
