A Colorado jury awarded the victim of a road rage accident $1.1 million this week. Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Charles Gensler suffered severe head injuries when Anita Kleber's Chevy Lumina jumped a median and collided with Gensler's Suburban. Witnesses testified that Klebler, who was killed in the head-on crash, was involved in a "road rage battle" with another driver shortly before the accident occurred.

Lawrence Lutgert apparently drove Klebler off the road during the altercation. She then lost control of the Lumina, which crossed the median and collided with Gensler's SUV.
