A Campbell County man fell in a local Wal-Mart store in 2005 and injured his knee. He filed a premises liability lawsuit against the company in court last week. Nevada's OSHA fined Boyd Gaming $185,000 for nine safety violations stemming from the tragic deaths of two of its employees at the Orleans hotel-casino in Las Vegas.
