A construction worker on a job site at Fort Bliss in Texas was killed on Friday. The construction accident involved a C.F. Jordan employee and not a member of the military. Deere & Company, in conjunction with the CPSC, is recalling about 5.400 John Deere Gator Utility Vehicles because there is a risk of injury.
