Fox 23 News in Tulsa is reporting that say just before midnight 53-year-old man was walking on the sidewalk near 5th and Lewis. That's when police say a driver went up on the sidewalk, hitting him from behind. The man died at the scene.The driver was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
