On New Years Eve a car jumped a curb on Alakan Way, near Pier 30, went through a fence, across a parking lot and slammed into a cement barrier. Around 1 a.m. on December 30, 2007 an SUV was traveling down Highway 507 in Roy, Washington, when it crossed into oncoming traffic, causing a three car collision.
