Osteoporosis occurs primarily in the elderly and causes a decrease in bone density. This decrease leaves osteoporosis sufferers with much weaker bones and puts them at an increased risk for
bone fractures. One of the primary causes of osteoporosis is a lack of calcium in the diet. In addition, certain products may increase your chances of suffering from osteoporosis.
