A native of South Carolina, Will grew up in Camden and attended Lugoff-Elgin public schools. He completed his undergraduate work in 2000 and attended Thomas M. Cooley his first year of law school.
In the top five percent of his class at Cooley, Will received a Certificate of Merit and was the school's 2005 Sol Seigel Award winner. Deciding to transfer, Will was accepted to several schools including the University of South Carolina School of Law and Vanderbilt University. Will decided to return home to the University of South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May 2006.
Will is admitted to practice in Federal Court and is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, American Association for Justice, South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association and the Horry County Bar Association.
Also active in the community, Will is a member of the Myrtle Beach Sertoma Club, has coached little league football, and assists with various charities including the March of Dimes and Make a Wish Foundation. He has recently decided to make Autism awareness his primary charitable focus, and is in the process of forming a non-profit or joining forces with an existing non-profit in the Myrtle Beach area.
